- 10 6 foot black folding tables w/ 25 padded black chairs.

The Yard offers a flexible outdoor setting with a 24' x 40' covered, carpeted platform plus a second 24' x 40' covered area. We offer this space on Weekdays and Weekend mornings for wellness classes (yoga, pilates, etc)
Weekday Pricing: Monday - Friday 9am - 2pm

Weekend Pricing: Saturday - Sunday 9am - 2pm
$100/hr
Not available as a stand-alone space from 2pm - 10pm Daily.
Alcohol Policy
Bring your own alcohol services is allowed
A licensed TABC Server is required to serve alcohol
1 server up to 75 guests and 2 if greater than 75 guests
We can provide for $45/hr or call a service
Our Curfew Philosophy: We are a community friendly space and all festivities need to be wrapped up by 10:00 pm (Saturday 11pm)
INSURANCE: Event Insurance is required, let us know if you need assistance with this.
HOST: All event pricing includes a host to be present during the rental to provide assistance and can act as a server for non-alcohol beverage services.
EXTRAS:
Non-Alcoholic Beverage Service
Complete your event with our soda and non-alcoholic drink packages. Available as an unlimited add-on for $5 per person or as a convenient cash bar for your guests.
Includes unlimited soda products, sparkling water, juices, ice, and cups for up to 8 hours.
We are still working on our Beer and Wine Licensing. Hoping to have that package to be added later in the year.
